Root & Rise was created to support the whole family, with space for children to play and grow, and space for parents to work, rest, connect, care for themselves, and find support. It’s designed to be useful through the many different stages of family life.
A morning here might look different for everyone.
Your child might head outside to play while you get some work done, take a yoga class, meet with a provider, or simply have a quiet hour to yourself. You might come together for a class, spend an afternoon at open play, join a workshop, or gather around the table for a community dinner. There isn’t one right way to use Root & Rise.

Our childcare is designed to make it easier for parents to have time for themselves without having to arrange an entirely separate day around it. Depending on what’s happening, that might mean working, attending a class or appointment, taking care of yourself, or simply having a little breathing room while your child is cared for nearby.

Root & Rise is meant to meet families where they are. You can come for a single class, event, service, or day of play without becoming a member. And as your family changes, you can use the space differently. Memberships and packages are there for families who find themselves wanting Root & Rise to become a more regular part of their rhythm.
