It takes a village. Let us support, learn, listen and grow along side eachother, as we explore our evolving shifts in identities throughout generatioans.
Join us for a morning of movement, mindfulness, joy, and connection. Together, we’ll create a little space to breathe, listen inward, move, and see what wants to emerge as we cross the threshold into fall and open the doors to heart-centered friendship, whether for a moment, a season, or a lifetime.
With more than 20 years of experience as a mindfulness, joy, and play facilitator, Stacey Tessa K. Battat will guide a one-hour play shop centered around movement, mirroring, and authentic relating, creating space to connect with ourselves and one another in a meaningful and playful way.
Copies of Stacey’s upcoming book, The Five Doors of Friendship, releasing this fall, will also be available.

Changing Seasons Yoga Reset
Join us on Friday the 13th for a yoga reset class to mark the changing seasons. As the days grow short and the sunlight softens, we turn inward and reconnect with our inner pilot light to guide our way to winter. The change of seasons is an invitation to shed what no longer serves us, and to generate what will bloom in the next season to come. This special seasonal offering is designed to include all levels of yoga, from the beginner to the advanced, with modifications offered at every step. We will begin with a brief meditation and gentle warm up, then a vigorous flow to generate heat, followed by heart opening asanas to release tension. Come as you are, leave feeling lighter.

For our very first Recess, we're bringing together the perfect mix of holiday experiences designed to spark creativity, connection, and a little seasonal magic.
Rooted in Support: A playdate to create connection with other parents and caregivers
It takes a village, but it starts with the villagers. Casual conversation alongside facilitated activity for parents to connect, engage and share. Take a breath, enjoy a coffee or tea with other parents/ caregivers who just get it. This will be an opportunity to remember who we were before we became parents.
