Together, we’ll create a little space to breathe, listen inward, move, and see what wants to emerge as we cross the threshold into fall and open the doors to heart-centered friendship, whether for a moment, a season, or a lifetime.
With more than 20 years of experience as a mindfulness, joy, and play facilitator, Stacey Tessa K. Battat will guide a one-hour play shop centered around movement, mirroring, and authentic relating, creating space to connect with ourselves and one another in a meaningful and playful way.
Copies of Stacey’s upcoming book, The Five Doors of Friendship, releasing this fall, will also be available.
