Join us for a 3-part-in-person series designed to build foundational skills, confidence, and practical tools needed to safely welcome plant medicine into your home and family life.
Session 1: The Everyday Herbal Kitchen & Basic Applications
Focus: Demystifying plant medicine and working with what you already have.
What You'll Learn: How to turn common kitchen spices and accessible plants into nourishing daily teas and infusions. We will cover the absolute basics of herbal properties and safe preparation methods.
Session 2: Holistic Family Wellness & Herbal First Aid
Focus: Building a natural toolkit for the whole family.
What You'll Learn: Safe, effective plant allies to support maternal wellness, promote nervous system regulation, and support the little ones in your family. You will also learn how to stock a natural first-aid kit to address everyday cuts, bruises, and seasonal discomforts confidently.
Session 3: Hands-On Medicine Making (Tincture Class)
Focus: Transitioning from the kitchen to the apothecary counter.
What You'll Learn: Roll up your sleeves for a fully interactive workshop! You will learn the traditional folk method for safely extracting and preserving plant properties. We will use your supplies to blend custom remedies you can take home.
